Pros

The people were nice, and that’s where the pros end.

Cons

You spend all day on linkedin. That’s it. Don’t let the role description fool you.

Pros

-The job itself -Lots of training provided

Cons

-LONG HOURS. Work is fro 8:45 til 6:30. You're literally in that place all day, many times you sit at your desk through your lunch break.

Response Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad that you like the job and the training that is provided to our teams. In the US, office hours are until 6, but unfortunately some roles do require extended hours. Since a lot of the clients that we serve work those same hours (if not longer), our client service work day requires a similar schedule to be able to best serve our clients. “Summer Fridays” are a perk we offer in conjunction with the office happy hours throughout the rest of the year. Since Guidepoint has a “work hard, play hard” culture, we try to create balance by offering these and other perks to our hardworking employees. Thank you again for your input. Please email us at feedback@guidepoint.com should you wish to continue the conversation about your experience.

Pros

Beer on Friday. Office is in a good location. They have some socializing events.

Cons

Very high turn over. Some teams are very stupid. Only management and business development make good money. Really bad place to have a career. This seems like a first stop for recent grads until anything better comes around.
