Pros

-The job will be very interesting if you like sales or recruiting -Great salary for entry level and you can get a great bonus if you are good at your job -You get a great idea of the corporate world and different companies

Cons

-Not really flexible with remote work, you are required to be in the office 4/5 for the first three months and then 3/5 without flexibility. -The culture really depends on the team, I was lucky enough to be in a great team and I loved it, but in some other teams there is a lot of micromanagement and bad behaviour.

CEO and upper management (US based) couldn't care less what their employees think, and treat everybody as easily replaceable. Average salaries, better for sales roles due to commission.
