Flexible for working style. You can work from home.

Cons

I never work a company like this. Before sending this email, my manager checked. Also, headquarters control everything. They don't care about the timezone and must be joining the meeting even tho 5 am local time.

-Not too many cold calls (<20%) as this is a role for JP market -Work life balance if you get used to it after 1/2 months

Cons

-Apart from the business manager, you have an addtional line manager who is not familiar with JP and wanted to control you. -Exits are limited

Micromanagement, managers don´t have qualifiactions Lack of tools The "benefits" advertised are not always there Job is repetitive, there is nothing to learn after 3 months Lots of people quit or get fired Favoritism
