rapid hiring process adapted to wfh hiring grads during pandemic

Cons

no progression or skills- just stalk people on linkedin and bombard them with messages. repetitive and boring but easy work although success often based on luck in terms of the projects and angles you are given no boundaries i.e. emails from managers late at night, early in the morning

You'll gain good client-facing skills. Decent salary for a first job. Fun company culture.

Cons

Projects can get monotonous. There's no incentive to delve deep into topics of research. So if you're not a self starter you might get stuck into doing the same thing everyday.
