Good entry level position . You will have a blast there, but don't stay too long!

Fun coworkers, friendly environment and fast promotions (high turnover). Not that difficult to be promoted to a project manager position right after your first anniversary. Work hard during your first year and push for the next step. Be smart and use Guidepoint as a catapult into greener pastures.

Cons

Limited room for upward mobility and career development. You hit the ceiling in 2 years or so.

Singapore office has the best team with very supportive and friendly colleagues. Good office location and pay is not bad at all.

Cons

There's not much of a career path at least in Singapore office. You stop learning after a few months.
