you learn a lot about other companies and industries

Cons

boring, overworked, got in a lawsuit for not paying overtime, got in a lawsuit for not paying women fairly, work is stressful. High churn cold outbound

Your teammates are around your age so easy to make friendships and work together

Cons

- Awful hours - Mundane and monotonous work - Very repetitive - Lack of diversification - Job performance isn't measured properly (lots of factors out of your control) - Extremely poor management - Frat-like culture - Poor benefits - JD lied about responsibilities
