Pros

They really do try to organize company activities and get all employees involved. Everyone is nice and helpful.

Cons

The job itself is a little slow and inefficiently organized. There are simple ways to get results, but it seems as if my dept is afraid to pick up a phone and get things done. For some reason the logic here seems to be sending an email a million times to the same person. They love the resend button rather than making one phone call. Hence, my job becomes repetitive and disorganized. There is also a one year waiting period to even consider other positions in the company; yet there are new employees/interns being hired every other day.

The Sad Truth

Pros

1. Hands down the people, there are some truly talented people here 2. If you are lucky enough to work with a high volume team you can make good money as a recent college grad 3. You can tell HR is trying to change things by adding lunches, happy hours, and company sponsored sports teams 4. location

Cons

1. The main con has and will continue to be the CEO, he cares about 1 things and 1 things only. His pockets. He is extremely smart but has no emotional intelligence and is the least approachable person in the office. 2. If you are not on a a good team you are stuck and their is not much you can do ( where I am now which is why I will be putting in my 2 week notice shortly) 3. You don't learn much, as an RA you are doing mind numbing sourcing on Linkedin and Zoominfo for 90 % of the day. 4. Pretty much no career progression. From an RA you move to a PM and thats where it ends. 5. The morale, everyone is unhappy and everyone is looking for or wants to look for a new job. 6. The Technology, the company uses their own CRM system that has to be the worst excuse for an internal system ever. Its slow and doesn't have half the functionality it needs. But we keep getting the "We are working hard on this speech" 7. No transparency at all, everything you hear is heard through the Grape vine. 8. The turnover, I have been here almost 2 year and every year there is about 40 % turnover

Disappointing

Pros

The people are great, your co workers help mend the day to day grind. Unfortunately this is it.

Cons

The environment is as dry as dirt. Morale is extremely low due to various reasons; low pay, long work hours and little time off are all huge short comings. This place has nothing to offer anyone outside the entry level college grad looking for a first job. Management is extremely short sighted, what ever brings in the next round of a record breaking month, nothing more. Raising concerns regarding the future of the company considering the high turn over and lack of experience building a business. It's sad, the talent that joins this business then leaves in droves due to the same exact reasons, the general thinking is nothing will change. Management has clearly wrote the positive reviews here, reflecting the denial of such an environment. Until these things change, the trend will continue or worsen.
