Really liked a few of my coworkers. Job security

Cons

No one there cares about the work itself - not inspiring Few exit opportunities They do not reward merit. Structured and rigid promotions. Pay is low. Hard to live in NYC with it Micromanaged badly. Constantly checking over your shoulder for response time and have pointless meetings to make sure you are still working

Cons

Micromanagement, poor pay at associate and research manager level (poor base pay as project manager as well), lack of flexibility with return to office plan, next to no on-job learning
