      - Great place to get started in your professional career. - Hours are not too long. - Work is easy but repetitive.

      Cons

      - Outdated Technology compared to competitors. - Big company, so most things require you to talk to many layers of the company to get an answer. - Completely reliant on what sector you cover when it comes to growth internally. - No career growth outlook. - Will replace you at the drop of a hat if necessary to them. - Expensive benefits for such a large company.
