There is absolutely no structure in this firm. The management is super biased and sexist. The company operates like minions and it is extremely backward. HR is useless to the core and management is spineless. The people who have been here for long and running things. No room for any growth. Do not join this firm if you take yourself seriously.

-Good pay -Great career progression if you are willing to put in the long hours -Some projects and clients can be very interesting to work with

Cons

-This is a very high-stress, fast-paced job that has little empathy for mental health and wellbeing. I became very unwell due to the stress of the job and ended up in hospital because of it. -Even when I hit and succeeded at my target, I was told by my managers that it wasn't good enough and I was taken through each project and shown (if any) very minor mistakes
