The people are all very nice to work with and very helpful. The benefits and paid time off are huge perks.

Cons

The clients are very tough to work with. Going in to the clients' homes was difficult, emotional, and intimidating at times.

Pros

Depending where you are seeking to go, you can meet some real great folks. You really are helping people, a lot of the clients are there for life so you are making an impact.

Cons

Turnover rate is high. I’ve had multiple people leave the team I was on as well as had changes in Supervisor. It was hard to make a connection and maintain it because of these changes.
