The people, ie faculty and staff, were a pleasure to work with. People try to help out each other.

Cons

The new senior leadership has brought a culture of fear and intimidation, consequently morale seems to be on a downturn. It seems that public image is what is most important.

Pros

Good compensation and benefits in regards to the amount of hours worked. I really am only familiar with one department, but the other instructors were great to work with.

Cons

As a younger instructor at the college, I found that there really wasn't that much room for growth. This is probably more telling of the professions itself than this particular school. Also, because of the area, sometimes the caliber of student (even for a community college) can leave something to be desired..
