Overall, this is an administrative position. You mainly work on recruiting students and all of the computer work. You also work with instructors and hiring as well. There are a lot of resources for training but not a lot of training actually happens.

Cons

There is a lot of time with less work than the time needs. So you might be sitting around for a couple hours of the day, especially when there are no students during those times.

Terrible pay, terrible scheduling. Micro-managed to death by corporate to the point that it’s harder to actually do your job.
