Pros

Super fun, unbelievably big employee discount, around music all the time. You get to see a lot of cool stuff come in on a daily basis. I worked there for a year and ended up with an insane setup for pretty much half off, and a beautiful one of a kind vintage strat. You also learn a ton about all types of stuff regarding music and the music industry.

Cons

Super low commission, company is owned by scumbags. Demands excessively high numbers that are impossible to achieve. It seems the business model is built off of firing entire staff constantly so that no one can climb the ladder except the few employees who can manage to hit the bare minimum of requirements.

Pros

Employee discount, you make great friends (because you’re all being treated like children together).

Cons

The company wants obedient insurance salespeople and people that will help them pursue their money grab of a lessons program, not innovative thinkers and people who really care about the people they work with or their customers.
