- Lively and friendly company culture with many musically passionate employees - Big player in musical instrument retail market

Cons

- Appeared to be a disconnect between needs and possibilities. Experienced inefficiencies and frustrations - Experienced a consistent counterproductive delegation of responsibilities. Felt tasks were often assigned without clear guidance or context - Lack of companywide emphasis on fostering relationships, inclusivity, networking, etc - Lack of visibility for lower level employees i.e. hardly hearing anything from leadership about anything at all. Personally never felt aware of how my work was relevant on a large scale - Undefined and unclear responsibilities due to lack of organized communication. Extremely challenging to prioritize tasks and understand expectations
