Pros

Logistics managed by lessons lead, so no worrying about scheduling any lessons. they have equipment and rooms for you to work in.

Cons

lessons are back to back with no prep time between them. 1/2 hour lessons leave little room for progress to be made during the session. pay is less than market rate

Pros

-You get to work on a lot of interesting instruments and meet some very cool people. -The discount, if you can afford to utilize it at the level of pay they provide and still afford to live.

Cons

-Grossly unorganized in every way and at every level -Very low pay for position requiring a trade skill -No training. Like, at all. Not for repair and maintenance skills, not for the POS system or Greenscreen or anything else. Literally none. Not very little. None. -The benefits package is terrible. -Incredibly poor upper management. (Store manager and above) -Very corporate minded environment. -Low amount of *honest* communication. I.e. there’s a lot of beating around the bush.
