Pros

Good benefits if you are full time. Guaranteed hours.

Cons

Job duties are made purposefully vague so management can load you up with whatever work they want at any time. Commission is based on sales-per-hour, but most of the time, management will make sales people put away boxes of merchandise for hours or clean instead of selling. They also maintain shady business practices lately when it comes to the Covid 19 pandemic. They force people to quarantine if they are exposed to covid, which is fine, but then if they really need someone to cover a shift, they will force potentially still infected people to cut their quarantine short and come into work at risk of being fired if they don't.
