Pros
It's fun to work with music gear. The employee discount is good, although it recently changed. The coworkers are all fun to work with.
Cons
Can't get their policies straight. Pay is decent for a job but you can't make a career out of it. Good job for someone in college, but not an adult. I've held multiple positions, including salaried positions and they're all underpaid, especially operations staff.
