Pros

They say your employee discount at which you only get on new gear, and after you've worked for 30 days. After you've worked 30 days, you're so hungry and desperate for hours for survival that new equipment is the last thing you could afford. In my 5 years of management experience in retail, I made exactly 50 cents above minimum wage.

Cons

I've never seen a company hire and fire so many people in such a small period of time. Extremely unprofessional and hostile environment. I guess what more can you expect from the Wal Mart of musical gear. Thanks for nothing.

Pros

Gear discount ( although I hear they're not doing anymore employee discounts), gear knowledge,

Cons

Terrible management starting from the store all the way up to the top, low pay for the amount of work they expect, terrible benefits, breaks are frowned on by management, their form of training is to threaten you with write-ups, monthly 8am meetings leave you upset and not inspired.
