      Decent discounts from the vendors.

      Cons

      Management. Vision and Purpose. Hiring process. Lack of Loyalty. Penalization for not hitting metrics for over priced in house insurances.

      Pros

      Decent employee discount. Relaxed atmosphere. You're surrounded by people with shared interests.

      Cons

      Severely underpay their employees regardless of the role they take in the company. You get the sense that you're just another cog in the wheel to the higher ups. Potential for growth is just shy of non-existant. You absolutely cannot provide for a family on the salary they give you unless you're a store manager, district manager, or above.
