Pros

Easy going staff, pretty relaxed environment. Cheap music gear for employees, and some fun sales contests from time to time. They keep their employees well informed on new products and let you toy around on them pretty regularly.

Cons

Sales are under compensated. You have to sell more than the amount you're being paid in your wages, so essentially you're a stripper who doesn't take their clothes off.

Pros

Flex time Gear discounts Hours Relaxed dress code Advancement opportunities if you are interested

Cons

Training is almost non-existant Commissions are biased toward assistant managers Constant overwhelming pressure to sell Number of work hours determined by the number of "extended warrantees" sold not by your over sales performance Store profit is far more important than the welfare of the associates HR in this company is in the Stone Age Should I go on???
