Pros

General Manager was cool, felt more like a friend than your boss. Employees were cool.

Cons

Holiday hours, hourly pay is low and management tells you that if you work really hard you can reach commission goals to make a decent wage but in reality it is extremely hard to reach these goals. Expect to make about $100 to $400 in commission each month.

Coworkers are the best part

Pros

Ability to take time off for tours or gigs, employee discount, meeting other musicians

Cons

The competitiveness of the commission based salary is really tough. You have to compete with your coworkers and your job is constantly on the line if you don't meet your required goal each month. Management is unprofessional and treated employees poorly.
