I enjoy being able to work autonomously within reason. My years of previous knowledge and skills have always been appreciated and respected.

Cons

None that are to serious. All jobs have irritants but nothing that sticks out.

Pros

Some very good people throughout the company and company checks always clear.

Cons

- Try to hire everyone cheap. Don't want to pay for talent at any job. - Branches are just cash registers for the family and are treated as such. - Family owned and insured business requires owners to scrutinize EVERY decision and dollar spent with little getting done. - Branches have to run so lean that growth is difficult and customer service suffers. - Technology is awful at best and getting laped by the competition. - Health insurance is mediocre at best. Costs much more for less coverage as my last, smaller employer with same provider. - Vacation policy is the worst I've seen for new employees.
