      - seeing the hard work you are putting in the kids pay off - the connection with coworkers, children, and the children’s family

      Cons

      - horrible communication to parents, technicians, and the overall clinic - they fire just anyone based on accusations -they tell you that you could come talk to them and when you do, your the person in the wrong - don’t appreciate all the hard work that the techs are putting in - not enough fun activities for the kids throughout the months to make the environment fun for both techs and children
