Pros

Benifits are outstanding. Focus is on our customers and ensure a first class service visit is performed by our top notch techs. Our service is focused world with wide road trip crews and parts.

Cons

Middle management creates confusion by only firefighting issues. Fix the current problem but no following through so the problem doesn't come up again. Lean Six Sigma is overstated as the way to solve all our problems, but will not succeed without lower and middle management commitment. The techs on floor believe they have a voice through LSS, but lower and middle management do not have room in their firefighting equipment belt to understand the answers at their finger tips.
