Pros

Gulfstream will give anybody who wants to work the opportunity. As long as you show up to work, show up on time, and have a willingness to learn they will keep you around. Be apart of the team work together to complete the mission.

Cons

You can screw up a million times and there’s no corrective action. They can run the cameras back and see exactly what needs to be seen and not hold people accountable.

Pros

The people working at Gulfstream are awesome and designing private jets is an extremely niche and rewarding job.

Cons

Management is extremely old school and communication is poor. You will get no high-level information rolled down from mid-level management. In addition, there is virtually no flexibility with this company.

Pros

Steady work, planning is efficient

Cons

Communication is pretty much a meme at this point. Losing double time benefits for most employees in 2025
