Pros

Great for learning the network and process. The employees make the company what it is, yet the employees are under paid compared to everywhere because they have so many middle positions which are milking your work for their salary. The company is a great company overall and theres nobody that comes close to matching what the network of Gulfstream is able to get done.

Cons

There is a constant "hang in there, things are coming" mentality. Which is honestly the thing weak leadership woulg say when they have zero control of the situation.

Cons

"Good ol' boys club" is RAMPANT. If you've been there for less than 10 years, your opinion doesn't matter, people don't acknowledge your existence, and you're constantly wrong. Very little training. Positivity is nonexistent. Chronically understaffed. 95% of the job is done on the computer, yet there is no opportunity to be hybrid.
