Pros

Excellent company that tries hard to serve employees. Pay and benefits are very good. By the way, I'm writing this in August of 2017. The CEO rating below wants me to rate Larry Flynn. I gave it a thumbs up but he is no longer the CEO. That would be Mark Burns. I give him a thumbs up too.

Cons

It's not easy to advance. When there is an opportunity, it seems that the hiring manager already has someone in mind for the position. they open it up for others to bid on just to make it seem like it was done fairly.

Pros

Decent pay for the Savanah, GA area. Benefits are so/so and align with most other local companies. Savannah is kinda nice.

Cons

The good ole boy network is alive and well here. Unless you know someone you can forget about any upward movement. It doesn't matter how much effort you put into going above and beyond what is required, you are not rewarded in any way. Mediocrity is paramount at this company. Management is not open to change which throws innovation completely out he window. The "just keep it running" mentality brought on by leadership makes this company a bore to work for. I would recommend staying away from this company at all costs.

Pros

Pros to working here is good pay for the region/ good pay for low skill-talent. Very slowwwww working environment. If you know somebody that works here and was born in this region, you'll have a good future here. If you're okay with mediocrity than this company is for you.

Cons

Nepotism. The good old boy network. Advancement opportunities are quickly slowed to a halt. I am near the top of advancement without going into Mgmt. No where else to go as the company is cutting pay to jobs which previously paid at a higher scale. Company makes excuses for not giving raises. Hard work doesn't get rewarded. Rationality and common sense are not a virtue here, there's no sense of change in thinking here.
