Business Outlook
Pros
This company cares about putting out the highest quality product they can. Most corporations preach it but Gulfstream has the reputation of being the best for a good reason, product is impeccable. They match 401k and the pay is more then competitive.
Cons
The clim up the corporate ladder can be a steep one in the smaller off sites. That being said if your willing to educate yourself, work and be innovative in your thought process you can climb the ladder. I have issues with how they rate employees for performance, to give everyone a generic score gets no-one anywhere.
