      Pros

      Mid tier pay, but little room for growth at smaller facilities.

      Cons

      Management can be dishonest and string you along with false promises just to get you in the door/stay. Healthcare is terrible/expensive/inadequate. Smaller sites expect you to perform more than one job and not pay you accordingly. They would rather see experienced Techs leave than promote/pay them. No longer a place where you feel valued, and you just feel like a number. Incredibly understaffed because other companies are paying more.

      Pros

      Get back what you put in. Work a lot of overtime and get paid extra with no supervision verifying what you are doing.

      Cons

      Management clueless. Let’s employees run the area with little experience. Toxic environment which has caused all the good employees to transfer out of the department or leave altogether. HR department even more clueless. Way to much turnover in one area. No mentorship or supervision on the employees. Training of new hires is atrocious.

      Only game in town. Senior management is just horrible. Talk things to death, over analyze and choose the worst option
