Many issues within the company including mismanagement, favoritism and morale. People are promoted to management positions without any leadership experience or training. Layoffs are about every 4-5 years. Know what you are signing up for if you decide to work there and get what you can from the Company while you are there.

Awful culture, poor management, vacation time sucks, tell you they will shift salaries to meet market rate and then not. No paid overtime but ask you to work OT pretty much every week. Engineering software has almost weekly outages with multiple hours of down time and then they expect you to work OT to make up for it. Bathrooms in the main campus are outdated, frequently have overflown toilets/sinks, and lots of cockroaches crawling around. Dead cockroaches sit for days if not weeks before being disposed.
