      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Some management ruins the experience.

      Little time off and expected to work OT often, some people like that but I’m not a fan.

      Worked with some fantastic people - intellectual and passionate.

      Cons

      I felt some management struggled with how to manage. Sending folks to external training did not seem to be a priority. This issue isn't atypical since not every manager is going to be phenomenal at any given company. Sometimes it's the luck of the draw. But since leaving, it seems as though morale is worse.
