Pros

The 401k match was increased. Upper leadership is intelligent, and wise. Mid management is the issue.

Cons

Health care lowered, vacation limited to 2 years, pay is average, constant demands to work over 40 hours a week without pay.

Pros

Local good commute. Okay benefits, good w overtime pay. Big company so many different jobs. Only if you are good terms or are a favorite amongst exec. Will you be able to go to extra training

Cons

Not much room to grow. A lot of politics. Not much security of you are not working on latest product. Hard to get on board permanent if you are temp.

Pros

The salary (for the area), is the best reason to stay. Depending on where you work in the company and your gender, you might have advancement opportunities.

Cons

The culture is stifling. It's not just that it's buttoned-up corporate, it's very punitive and distrustful. The good old boys are still fully in control here and there is no evidence this will ever change. Women are not, on the whole, given the same opportunities or professional respect.
