      The higher-ups care more about $$ than their employees, so instead of changing their business model on how to handle during hardships, it's pretty much similar throughout the years - they grab a number of employees to layoff to get their $$

      Room for advancement. Competitive pay rates. Good benefits. Leading the market in business corporate jets.

      Cons

      Becoming more corporate and less about the employees. I've seen a lot of the little perks that the employees received in the past disappear completely.
