Pros

Good flexibility (depends on job and manager) Chill laid-back environment, only output is really considered. Doesn't sweat the little things. Demanding work (also a con) Most higher up employees are tenured at Gulfstream. They don't appear to outsource their leadership, so upward mobility exists bit might be waiting until somebody retires

Cons

Pay is OK, based on low cost of living but the area is becoming more and more expensive faster than the pay increases. Gets better at higher levels but lower level (1 to 5yrs) engineers are cheaped out Demanding work, pay doesn't reflect effort Remote work frowned upon in completions, other business units are ok with this.
