      Pros

      This company cares about putting out the highest quality product they can. Most corporations preach it but Gulfstream has the reputation of being the best for a good reason, product is impeccable. They match 401k and the pay is more then competitive.

      Cons

      The clim up the corporate ladder can be a steep one in the smaller off sites. That being said if your willing to educate yourself, work and be innovative in your thought process you can climb the ladder. I have issues with how they rate employees for performance, to give everyone a generic score gets no-one anywhere.

      Excellent pay and benefits for the area.

      Cons

      The company used to have a culture that felt like family - that has changed over the past few years and not for the better. There is still a prevailing "good-old-boy" system when it comes to hiring and promotions. This is a cyclical business and job security can be an issue.
