Pros

Compensation: as a tech, you can do as much overtime that you want. You don’t need to work hard too. Doing bare minimum will let you get the 3% raise every year.

Cons

Like I said in the title, I have 4 bosses. I have a team lead, then the shift lead, then an ops manager and then the manager. None will take a decision. The best was when I was told to take an important decision and talk to the manager of a different department about it. Moral is low. Because there are a lot of lazy people who found that you don’t have to work hard while still doing OT, the good employees give up and lower their standard. It’s not just in my department, many are like this.
