Pros

Good salary. Headquartered in a city with great weather, a beautiful historic downtown, and close to Hilton Head and Tybee Island.

Cons

Large, behind the times company. Leadership is out of touch. Not great at anticipating the full impact of their decisions and planning accordingly.

Good Company, poor management, good ole boy system.

Pros

Great company to work for when it came to job security. Worked plenty of OT in production.

Cons

Don't tell management if you accept another position in the company, especially as a contractor. You will most likely get fired because production doesn't like to let people go to service center or flight test. Don't say no to working, they hold contractors by strings and will fire you for no reason. Contractors are treated poorly but work much harder then most directs.
