Pros
There are some Pros to working at Gulf stream Aerospace corporation: , location, Profit sharing,benefits, advancement, stocks, good employees, working hours, shifts, etc.
Cons
There are also some downside to working at Gulf stream Aerospace: team work is not as good as it appears, some managers should not have that position. Some are egotistical and do not know how to correctly lead. They pit one against the other and set up each other. The so called internal and unseen competition is something that you would not believe.
