Pros

Good pay for this area, great benefits, solid raises every year

Cons

Management turnover, processes change too much, recommendations often fall on deaf ears. (None of this is detrimental enough to justify leaving though)

Pros

Has decent food for lunch in the cafeteria

Cons

Absolutely horrendous leadership. Cares little to nothing about training. All teams on the service floor have completely different rules and makes for a very confusing work environment. If you’re a contractor they treat you like garbage. You’re lied to during ojt. Almost no chance for promotion or elevation in your career or development of your skills. Strictly worried about profitability and efficiency. Not a good place to go if you actually want to wrench on planes.
