Great company with many challenges ahead

Pros

Consistently innovating and bringing new products to market. Plenty of exciting work and great relationships with people. Savannah is a nice area to live - so are the surrounding areas. Workforce highly skilled. On the cutting edge of aviation technology.

Cons

Continuously positioned in a location (Savannah) where cost of living increases rapidly. Hosing is difficult to find/access. Market swings influence leadership to dramatically change hiring tactics or force mass exits, which hurts recruiting and retention. Will need to continue innovating on a more exiting scale to attract new talent. Not enough support of employee's quality of life.
