Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent benefits, interesting work, very intelligent and hard-working co-workers. Great cultural diversity. Education benefits, company discounts, many interesting and unique perks. Work has never felt mundane.
Cons
It’s a big company and I’ve never been introduced or had any reason to meet most engineers I “work with.” I basically commute for a remote position; My specific set-up is pretty isolating. There’s also a severe lack of gender diversity at my location.
