The fish rots from the head. GD leadership and Gulfstream leadership have been very successful if their mission was to destroy a great company and completely ruin employee morale and trust. They boast of integrity but act otherwise. They talk about valuing employees but don’t show them respect. If you raise concerns, they tell you they appreciate it and are listening and then you find yourself being marginalized. There have also been so many layoffs that people are afraid and just keep their head down and not look for ways to improve. A truly sad situation created by incompetent and untrustworthy leadership. At some point in the past, all the adults left and the children have been running the place.
