      Company is employee oriented with many programs to increase the quality of life for the workers overall. They are also pro training and will give you all the necessary tools and training to perform your job better and prepare you for future positions.

      Communication between upper and lower levels of management needs improvement.

      Pros

      None. The standards are all set in place but no one knows why. There are a lot of good people that work there, but that is all they do. They aren't allowed to use any of their skills because everything is micromanaged. But you are still held accountable for their smoke and mirrors

      Cons

      The entire operation is a con. It is all smoke and mirrors. Especially with the customers. Savannah is the worst location and is getting worse by the week. All they care about is the P and L. Nothing else. They say they care about their employees. Ha. They put in a good show, but they do not care about the individual. Because they have no idea why they are doing what they are told to do. There has been so many changes in the past several years. All good on paper, but not in reality. They really don't get it. They make money in spite of themselves but that will change. The customer base is starting to ask a lot of questions among each other. I even overheard a sales guy tell an operator not to go to Savannah because there are major problems with the technicians and the middle Managment. Wow!! Most of the good reviews are from people that are paid to do so. Just keep that in mind.
