pay, and benefits, a place to be proud to work. unfortunately most people that work there hate their jobs

Cons

bad treatment professionally. The size of the company leaves it very easy to "rail road" someone when they are disliked personally by their boss rather than judged on their abilities

Very casual work environment, great team dynamics, supportive upper management, and comfortable corporate culture. Great opportunity to advance and keep work and life balanced.

Cons

Female interns, don't be too friendly, it might be taken as flirtation If you like structure, this might not be the place for you. Everyone is left to themselves most of the time to finish tasks
