Pros

After 24.5 years of dedicated service in various positions I have gained quite a lot of experience as an A&P Mechanic, Quality Control Inspector, Service Center Business Coordinator, and Service Team Manager

Cons

After 24.5 years of dedicated service to the company I, along with many other valuable employees, were unceremoniously let go in a "reduction of force"

Pros

Gulfstream designs and manufactures the premier business jets on the planet and this will likely continue for years to come. Therefore Gulfstream should be relatively stable long term.

Cons

Gulfstream is now focused primarily on revenue and profit. In years past Gulfstream focused on the wellbeing of the employees. Not anymore.

Pros

Large company, average pay and benefits for the Savannah area.

Cons

Terrible benefits, healthcare annual deductible is $2,800.0, 45 hour work weeks for salaried employees, lay offs are secretive, management does not care to actually fix any problems.
