Pros

Pay is ok given the cost of living and benefits are decent

Cons

Micromanagement is ridiculous - spent more time tracking work than doing work. Leadership acts like they’re doing you a favor by employing you, even for highly experienced employees. Pay raises are a pittance - I left and am making nearly twice as much.

Pros

Co-workers are great Cool product

Cons

Everyone is replaceable except those in power. Toxic, backstabbing and power hungry leaders.

Pros

Financial stability, not a lot of change, at times good work life balance.

Cons

If you are not an old school military aerospace die hard this is probably not the place for you. The organization lacks innovation, lagging decades behind in competitive benefits offerings, and struggled to adjust to a post covid world. If you're looking for a job to go to every day it's your place, if you're looking for innovative and inclusive thinking it's not your place
