Pros

they will take anyone off the street and let them get hands on experience on aircraft.

Cons

The work is boring and management is more worried about times and labor efficiency rather than leading the team to be be competent. this mostly applies to mid level techs doing more advance jobs. mid and high level techs help the new guys learn the basics.

Pros

Fair work/life balance. Managers are generally easy to work with. Salary is competitive.

Cons

Extremely difficult to move forward (as a male employee). "Fake it till you make it" culture that breeds insecurity. Rife with nepotism. Constant fingerpointing & scapegoating.

Pros

Care about their employees welfare

Cons

Very corporate mindset because you are part of General Dynamics, and Gulfstream is a subsidiary. You have to follow a lot of processes to prevent injuries and damage which is normal in the industry but it's a little too much.
