Pros

Gulfstream designs, builds, and services the best business jet in the world, this is something to be very proud of.

Cons

Through many RIFs, a lot of the experience, talent, and caring leaders are gone. There is very little trust in leadership and the culture has done a 180 in the last 10 years, for the worst. It is a scared culture where people are afraid to speak up for what is right if it’s a different thought than “the boss”, because if they want to get rid of you, they will find a way.

Pros

None. Pay isn’t that great.

Cons

Management is absolute garbage. They lied to me about what shift I was gonna be working after I was already hired for that certain shift and moved my family for it. Pay is comparable to Georgia pay while having to compete with Cali prices of living. Senior management is laughable, always talking about how bad the workers are, but never offering solutions on how to fix things. Worst place I’ve ever worked at.
