Lacking communication Background check - do not put in 2 week notice until you're 100% you're cleared to start Covid handling - they tell you if you have symptoms to go to a cesspool filled with sick people to get tested. Very unsafe and the few times I've been contacted by HR about being around a positive covid case it's been sometimes a month out before being informed. The same people that are telling you to mask up and/or get vaccinated don't seem to care too much unless it personally affects them Mandatory overtime - they'll sugarcoat it at first and then you'll be living your life at the facility because of the culture they promote

Pay could be better Management is all about their next promotion Terrible morale They keep terrible workers and let go of great and skilled workers
